Service of the Longest Night

Sunday, December 21st | 5PM | Chapel

Jesus’ words, “The Sabbath was made for humankind and not humankind for the Sabbath” (Mark 2:27), remind us that worship is meant to nurture the fullness of our humanity. One of the United Methodist Affirmations of Faith (#883) begins and ends with the powerful declaration, “we are not alone.” Join us for a reflective worship gathering featuring meditative music, special readings of scripture, and prayers focused on healing and peace this Sunday at 5 PM in the Chapel of the Resurrection.
