The Methodist Day
School is currently accepting applications for permanent and substitute
teachers and caregivers to work with children ages 6 months through 5
years.
While prior experience with young children is desirable, it is not
necessary. Our current staff members have diverse vocational backgrounds
ranging from business, nursing, and social work as well as
education. The one thing we all share is a love for children and the
desire to be in ministry for the sake of those children. This is a
ministry of First United Methodist Church Missouri City and staff
members are professing Christians. Fluency in English is required for
these positions. All other training will be provided.
Hours of employment are 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and we observe the FBISD
school closings calendar. This is a great part-time opportunity for moms
who want to work while their kids are in school or anyone who desires
meaningful, part-time employment.
